Trong hai ngày từ 22-23/5/2018, Phòng Đào tạo phối hợp với Trung tâm CNTT-TT&HL đã tổ chức hướng dẫn xây dựng website môn học trên LMS cho đội ngũ giảng viên Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ – ĐHQGHN. Đã có hơn 50 thầy cô đến từ các tổ/ bộ môn đăng ký tham gia hoạt động này.
Dự án xây dựng website môn học tại Trường ĐH Ngoại ngữ – ĐHQGHN được thực hiện nhằm nâng cao năng lực ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin; nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng của công tác đào tạo; xây dựng website môn học trên hệ thống đào tạo trực tuyến của Nhà trường; đồng bộ công tác quản lý đào tạo từ Portal và phần mềm quản lý đào tạo trực tuyến. Hiệu trưởng đánh giá cao tính ứng dụng của Dự án và mong rằng các thầy cô sẽ tích cực tham gia, ủng hộ công tác này. Website môn học (Course-Site) là nơi cung cấp tài nguyên học tập và tạo cơ hội tương tác, thực hiện hoạt động kiểm tra đánh giá.
Trong chương trình tập huấn, các thầy cô đã được hướng dẫn tạo cấu trúc bài, hướng dẫn cấu hình khóa học (thời gian, cách tính điểm), hướng dẫn tạo mô tả khóa học, tạo Lesson (Label, Web, forum, PDF…), hướng dẫn tạo hoạt động (Quiz, assignment). Bên cạnh lý thuyết, các thầy cô đã được thực hành trực tiếp với sự hỗ trợ của các cán bộ kỹ thuật.
Theo kế hoạch, từ 24-28/5/2018, các thành viên sẽ tiến hành thực hành trên LMS và gửi phản hồi hỏi đáp vào ngày 29/5. Sau đó, Nhà trường sẽ lựa chọn để triển khai xây dựng 30 website môn học đầu tiên ngay trong học kỳ 1 năm học 2018-2019, tiến tới xây dựng website cho tất cả các bộ môn sau này.
