Ngày 23/3/2018, Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ – Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội đã diễn ra buổi nghiệm thu phần mềm quản lý khoa học công nghệ của trường.
Tham dự buổi nghiệm thu có TS. Nguyễn Xuân Long – Phó Hiệu trưởng, PGS. TS. Lâm Quang Đông và PGS. TS. Đỗ Hoàng Ngân – Trưởng và Phó Trưởng phòng KHCN, ThS. Khoa Anh Việt và ThS. Trịnh Hải Tuấn – Giám đốc và Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm CNTT-TT&HL cùng các cán bộ chuyên trách của hai đơn vị.
Phần mềm quản lý khoa học công nghệ tức hệ thống quản lý trực tuyến tại địa chỉ: Khcn.ulis.vnu.edu.vn là dự án được Nhà trường triển khai thực hiện nhằm mục đích: Ứng dụng CNTT vào nghiệp vụ quản lý KHCN; Xây dựng hệ thống CSDL về KHCN; Chia sẻ, vận hành, khai thác CSDL và Tăng cường ứng dụng CNTT, hỗ trợ quản lý, quản trị đại học. Phần mềm cung cấp nhiều chức năng hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ chuyên môn như: quản lý lịch khoa học; quản lý đề tài khoa học; quản lý hội nghị, hội thảo; quản lý bài báo khoa học; quản lý sở hữu trí tuệ; quản lý hợp tác KHCN-CGTT; quản lý sách, giáo trình; quản lý nghiên cứu khoa học sinh viên; quản lý hướng dẫn luận án, luận văn của giảng viên; quản lý tính giờ NCKH…
Tại buổi nghiệm thu, phần mềm đã được thực nghiệm để xét đánh giá dựa trên tiêu chí về mô đun chức năng nghiệp vụ quản lý (15 nhóm mô đun chức năng cấp 1 và các mô đun chức năng cấp 2) và tiêu chí về phân quyền (3 cấp). Qua đó có thể thấy các chức năng quản lý hồ sơ, quản lý hội nghị hội thảo, quản lý sách giáo trình, quản lý sách bài báo, quản lý đề tài, tính giờ nghiên cứu khoa học… đều đã được thiết kế theo hướng hiệu quả, phù hợp mục đích và nhu cầu của từng cán bộ cũng như phục vụ tối ưu cho công tác quản lý khoa học của Nhà trường. Bên cạnh đó, phần mềm cũng được đánh giá là thân thiện với người sử dụng.
Buổi nghiệm thu đã khép lại, chính thức đánh dấu sự ra mắt phần mềm quản lý khoa học công nghệ mới của Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ, nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý và hỗ trợ của Nhà trường trong lĩnh vực này.
