Ngày 12/11/2018, Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ – ĐHQGHN đã tổ chức cuộc họp với đại diện Trường Franklin Virtual school (Hoa Kỳ) để bàn về các hoạt động hợp tác.

Tham dự buổi họp có Hiệu trưởng Đỗ Tuấn Minh, Giám đốc và Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm CNTT-TT&HL Khoa Anh Việt và Trịnh Hải Tuấn cùng các chuyên viên của Trung tâm.

Về phía Trường Franklin Virtual school (Hoa Kỳ), Ông David Hoose – Hiệu trưởng trường Franklin Virtual school và Ông Mac Gamse đến tham dự cuộc họp.

Trong buổi họp, Ông David Hoose đã có những chia sẻ về mong muốn được hợp tác với Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ trên khía cạnh giáo dục như cung ứng hệ thống học tập trực tuyến với giáo viên bản ngữ, trao đổi kỹ thuật các ứng dụng của công nghệ thông tin trong học tập ngoại ngữ và hỗ trợ học sinh, sinh viên trong học tập ngoại ngữ.

Phát biểu trong buổi họp, Hiệu trưởng Đỗ Tuấn Minh nhận định rằng các hoạt động hợp tác giữa 2 trường có thể được triển khai trên các chương trình học trực tuyến cho học sinh của Nhà trường, chương trình dạy tiếng Anh cho sinh viên không chuyên và chương trình bồi dưỡng giáo viên cho giáo viên địa phương.
