Theo thỏa thuận hợp tác trước đó, Công ty CP và Tích hợp Công nghệ D&L đã cung cấp phần mềm quản trị thư viện Koha để Trung tâm CNTT-TT&HL của Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ – Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội ứng dụng vào công tác nhập liệu, quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu điện tử hệ thống sách của Nhà trường. Sau một thời gian sử dụng, phần mềm đã được các cán bộ sử dụng hiệu quả vào hoạt động của thư viện.
Đến nay, được sự ủng hộ của Nhà trường, hiện phần mềm Koha của thư viện đã được nâng cấp lên phiên bản mới 3.18 với nhiều tính năng mới cập nhật, sửa lỗi và cải thiện một số tính năng đã có so với phiên bản trước.
Ngày 29/09/2017, Trung tâm CNTT-TT&HL đã tổ chức buổi tập huấn nhằm giúp các cán bộ thư viện làm quen với phiên bản 3.18 của Koha. Tham dự buổi tập huấn có Giám đốc Khoa Anh Việt, Phó Giám đốc Trịnh Hải Tuấn và Dương Khánh Linh, các thư viện viên. Buổi tập huấn do chị Dương Thị Thu Thủy – Cán bộ Công ty D&L phụ trách hướng dẫn.

Trong buổi tập huấn, chị Dương Thị Thu Thủy đã giới thiệu các tính năng mới của phần mềm Koha phiên bản 3.18, hướng dẫn cách sử dụng của từng module và trả lời những thắc mắc của các cán bộ thư viện.
Với kiến thức có được từ buổi tập huấn, các cán bộ thư viện sẽ vận hành tốt phần mềm Koha mới vào việc quản lý tài liệu, bạn đọc trong thời gian tới. Bên cạnh đó, với phiên bản Koha nâng cấp này, Trung tâm có thể thực hiện tốt hơn những hoạt động hợp tác trao đổi về lĩnh vực thư viện với các thư viện khác nhằm hỗ trợ các hoạt động của Nhà trường.
